A set of 2 ceramic coasters handcrafted from locally sourced clay in the Atzompa region of Oaxaca in southern México, and ground-fired. The smoke and flames create unique designs on every piece. The coasters are unglazed (slightly absorbent), and feature a slightly raised rim to ensure the moisture from your glass is captured. 

Handcrafted in a small town of Oaxaca in southern México. This region creates pottery like nowhere else, combining ancient techniques with local clay and contemporary designs. 

NOTE: each coaster is different, and the markings will vary among pieces. Some pieces may feature more marbled markings, while others may be darker or more solid in color. Please email us directly if you wish to see photos of what is available.

Care: Rinse with water and air dry on a towel. It may take 24 hours for the clay to fully dry, and the color will lighten as it dries.
