Beautiful and unique scooping spoons cut and shaped by hand in Baja, México with locally and sustainably sourced wood. Each spoon is crafted to enhance the natural grain of the wood, and features slightly different natural variations in color.
These spoons are perfect for scooping and serving ground or whole bean coffee, sugars, honey, salsa, and other dried goods. They make the perfect gift paired with a bag of coffee, jar of salsa or a small serving bowl.
We work with Jesus in a small town in the mountains of southern Baja. He handcrafts each piece in his workshop and finishes them with a light oiling. When needed, lightly re-oil the spoons with linseed or walnut oil to add shine and luster.
Food safe.
Size: 4" Length x 2" Width (expect slight variations in size among each piece)
Materials: Wood harvested in Baja, México
Care: Hand wash with gentle soap and towel dry. If desired, re-oil by applying linseed or walnut oil with a clean cloth. Allow the oil to soak in for a few hours, then polish the excess with the cloth. Re-oiling will help protect and prolong the life of the pieces, as well as restore the beautiful sheen and luster.
