Shipping, Refunds and Returns
Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 3 business days (unless otherwise noted), and you will receive an email with tracking info once the order has shipped. Orders ship from South San Francisco, California via ground methods; you can expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days from the date it was shipped.
Our USA shipping rates are calculated as follows:
Orders over $100 = FREE
Orders <$99 = $5.99
Shipping outside of the USA
We currently offer shipping to countries outside of the USA by request only. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can coordinate shipping to the country of your choice. Please note that you will be responsible for all customs, duties/taxes and shipping costs.
Refunds and Returns
While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we understand sometimes it doesn't work out. Therefore, all products (with the exception of final sale items and custom art prints / framed art prints) have a 30-day return/refund policy. We will gladly accept the return of any new (tags-on), unaltered and/or undamaged items within 30 days of delivery, and issue a refund for such returned items. We will deduct a 10% re-stocking fee from the cost of returned items (excluding any taxes or shipping fees), and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
