Deep clay bowl handcrafted in Puebla, México. Featuring a dark mocha color that is almost black.
Handmade by a group of artisans in a remote town in the state of Puebla, located in central México. Once a seabed, the soil in this region is now rich with clay which spawned a culture of pottery production that has been honed over decades. The clay is sourced locally and worked until it is ready to be shaped into objects such as bowls, vases, plates and more. Each piece is finished with a clay slip and burnished prior to being fired.
